SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. As all our pieces are made to order, typically, we are between 15-20 business days to make and then deliver an order for Pret pieces. 

    Some pieces may take 30 days to process and then deliver, depending on the garment’s style and your location. Each page has a timeline for that garment. In case you require your order urgently, please do contact our Customer Care Team on bhavikadevarapallibrand@gmail.com or +91  75697 69024 before placing your order. 

  • Kindly note that Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays are not considered as working days.
  • We use registered courier partners for the delivery of our products.
  • There might be minor color variations because of differences in display output, camera lighting and screen resolution.
  • We do not have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
  • Please refer to our Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

PAYMENTS

  • For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI & Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

  • Shipping of all domestic orders shall be free of charge.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

  • All our products will be shipped from our store or workshop in Hyderabad. 
  • The products shall only be shipped to the address mentioned in the checkout page.
  • At the time of delivery, if the package looks damaged or tampered with, kindly do not accept the package.
  • Shipping confirmation email shall be sent to you, once your product has been dispatched from the store.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to Non-Availability on Delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfilment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.

RETURNS

  • We do not issue any refunds or Store credits.
  • As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. 
  • Returns shall only be accepted in case of genuine product damage i.e., during delivery or any manufacturing defect. Please photograph this as soon as you open the package and write to us at bhavikadevarapallibrand@gmail.com  within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement of product in case of damage will be subjected to product availability and timeline.
  • Only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for damaged product, we shall issue a full refund in the same mode of payment done by the customer.
