REFUND POLICY

We do not issue any refunds or Store credits.
As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Kindly check it before placing an order, as we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
Returns shall only be accepted in case of genuine product damage i.e., during delivery or any manufacturing defect. Please photograph this as soon as you open the package and write to us at bhavikadevarapallibrand@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement of product in case of damage will be subjected to product availability and timeline.
Only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for damaged product, we shall issue a full refund in the same mode of payment done by the customer.
